With a lifetime of competition and injuries, Darby fully understands the importance of strength & conditioning. A strong core and body are must haves in this sport. Conditioning those strong muscles to perform at an intensity that wrestling requires is key to avoiding unnecessary injuries.
With the knowledge from his CrossFit Level 1 Certification, CrossFit Gymnastic Certification and his USA Weightlifting Certification, he will program and teach proper techniques to lifting, building strength and mobility for all ages.
